This promotion – ASUS Zenfone 9 and ASUS Chromebook Detachable CM3 Bundle – Q3 2022 ” (“Promotion”) is being run by ASUS Computer GmbH (ASUS) and its participating partners. The participating persons accept the following rules by their participation.

Due to the very high demand we had to end the Zenfone 9 Chromebook Bundle Deal prematurely since it was a limited amount of stock.
If you purchased your device within the days 28/07– 03/08 but still have not gotten it, please register your device together with your receipt and order date confirmation once you receive it by following the registration process.
We will start accepting orders in chronological order based on when they were purchased. Please note that we will be accepting orders until there is stock.
1. General conditions
The participation information set forth herein, together with the ASUS Terms of Use Notice, constitute the rules and eligibility requirements for this Promotion (“Rules and Eligibility Requirements”).
By participating in this promotion, the entrant agrees to the rules and terms and conditions. ASUS and its participating partners may make changes to these Rules and Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notice. Eligible Persons (see below) are bound by any such changes.
2. Period and Territory
The Promotion begins at 15:00 on July 28, 2022 and ends at 23:59 on August 3, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). All Promotional Products must be purchased during the Promotional Period from a retailer listed on the Attachment with a registered address in the Promotional Territory. The date of purchase must be noted on the participant’s invoice.
The participant must submit their application between 28/07/2022, 00:01 and 15/10/2022, 23:59 via the participation form.
3. Eligibility
Only people who have their permanent residence in the campaign area can take part in the campaign. Eligible persons (see below) must be of legal age.
The participant can only participate in one ASUS promotion with the same product.
4. Subject and Participation
Participant will receive a ASUS CHROMEBOOK CM3000 (CM3000DVA-HT0030) when purchasing a participating ASUS product (ASUS Zenfone 9) (“Promotional Product”). In case the unit runs out of stock, or for other reasons is unable to be delivered we will replace the unit with another similiar unit of equal oder higher value. Please note some specifications may be higher or lower.
During the campaign period, the participant must buy these campaign products from a participating retailer in the campaign area and submit their campaign entitlement from July 28, 2022 to no later than October 15, 2022 online using a form that has been filled out completely and correctly (stating personal data, a valid serial number and the retailer where the promotional product was purchased). www.aktionspromotion.de/zenfone9

After reviewing and approving the participation application, Brodos Group will send the distributor (Exertis CapTech AB) the customer information to be ship the Chromebook to the customer.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other ASUS promotion.
5. Promotional Product
The purchase of a new original product listed under the attachment („Promotional Products“) is a prerequisite for participation in the Promotion. Borrowed or leased products, second-hand purchases and test copies are not eligible. A delivery note or a simple order confirmation is not sufficient as proof of purchase.
Products that violate the intellectual property of ASUS or its partners are excluded from the promotion.
No more than 1 promotional product purchased per product group per participant, with a maximum of 1 promotional products in total, during the promotional period, will be considered for promotional claims.
If, after registration, the participant exchanges the promotional product or makes use of his or her right of return or objection, the entitlement to the promotional product will no longer apply retrospectively. .
This promotion cannot be combined with any other ASUS promotion.
The participant must purchase their product from a retailer in the same country in which they reside.
6. Redemption
The participant will be informed immediately by email about the receipt of his registration. Brodos Group will review the registration and a further email will notify the participant of the approval of the application. After approval, the participant will receive their gift. This process can take up to 90 business days
If the entrant does not receive their Chromebook within 90 business days of registering, it is their responsibility to contact the promotion team through the contact form found on www.aktionspromotion.de/zenfone9 to initiate an investigation.
7. Early Termination
ASUS has the right to terminate or suspend the Promotion at any time in the event of any malfunction, malfunction, counterfeiting, virus or similar occurrence affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity or operation of the Contest. No claims can be derived from early termination.
8. Privacy
